Under GDPR and Norwegian data protection law, you have the following rights as a user of the Drakkar platform:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to correct inaccurate information
- Right to deletion of your data
- Right to data portability

2. Who This Applies To
These rights apply to all users of the Drakkar platform:
- Riders (passengers)
- Drivers (transport providers)
- Car owners (løyvehavere)
- Corporate and employer accounts
3. Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
How to request deletion:
- Go to Settings in the app
- Select “Delete Account”
- Confirm your request
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Deletion is completed within 30 days
Certain data may be retained in accordance with Norwegian accounting law and other legal requirements.
4. Data Export
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Data is delivered in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) within 30 days.
Submit a request via the app or email personvern@drakkkar.no.
We verify your identity via BankID before releasing data.
The export includes account information, trip history, payment history, and preferences.
5. Correct Your Information
You can update your account information directly in the app at any time.
For changes requiring verification, contact personvern@drakkkar.no.
6. Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Manage consent settings under Settings in the app.
7. Right to Human Review of Automated Decisions
Drakkar uses automated decision-making for, among other things:
- Driver assignment based on proximity and availability
- Pricing based on demand and distance
- Fraud detection in payment systems
- Account validation and security checks
You can request a human review via the app or email.
We will review your case within 72 hours and explain the decision in clear terms.
8. How We Handle Your Requests
All data rights requests are processed systematically:
- Identity verification via BankID
- Assessment of the request within 48 hours
- Completion within 30 days
- Confirmation sent by email
The deadline may be extended by 60 days for complex requests, in accordance with GDPR Article 12.
9. Complaint to Datatilsynet
If you believe we are not processing your personal data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with Datatilsynet (Norwegian Data Protection Authority).
